We are in a new era, the Fire Horse has galloped in with a new moon and eclipse, adding extra excitement!

We invite you to pause, take a breath, and Tune In with us for a few moments.

How are you? Where are you? Can you feel the shift? Are you riding the Fire Horse with ease and Grace? Or more of an out-of-control, crazy, wild gallop?

There's a lot to feel in the world now, and we are so interconnected! We continue to learn to manage our own energy systems; to be more Present and loving to ourselves first, then others.

We talked about all the guidance and voices telling us what to do, or what to listen for to tune into our next. best. step. forward.
