  • Prayer: The One Discipline That Makes Everything Work
    Feb 14 2026

Have you ever felt ignored… overlooked… or even rejected — despite doing everything “right”?

    You prepared.
    You showed up with humility.
    You served with love.
    You did your part.

    So what’s missing?

In this episode of Truth Talk: Life & Leadership Solutions, I share the one discipline that makes everything else work. The foundation beneath wisdom, preparation, humility, and service. The glue that holds it all together.

    Prayer.

But not prayer as a last resort.
Not prayer as a backup plan.
    Not prayer after exhaustion.

    Prayer as the starting point.
Prayer as the place you keep standing after you’ve done everything you know to do.

Drawing from the writings of Paul the Apostle and the life of Jesus Christ, we explore:

    • Why prayer must come before strategy
    • What it means to “having done all, stand”
    • The spiritual reality behind leadership resistance
    • Why some battles are not just human — they’re spiritual
    • How to pray with clarity, peace, authority, surrender, and trust
    • How to make prayer a lifestyle — not a moment

If you are a Christian leader, parent, minister, or professional trying to align faith, family, and purpose without burning out — this conversation is for you.

    Prayer is not performance.
    It is not anxiety.
    It is not religious pressure.

    It is dependence.
    It is alignment.
    It is relationship.

    And it changes everything.

  • When You Are Available, But Not Received
    Jan 27 2026

In this powerful episode of TruthTalk on Life and Leadership, we explore a truth that every leader, parent, and servant-hearted person eventually encounters: being available does not always mean being received.

Drawing from a deeply relatable moment in Scripture, Mark 6:1–6, we unpack what it feels like to show up with sincerity, readiness, and a willing spirit, only to be met with resistance, doubt, or dismissal. Whether it happens in your home, ministry, workplace, or community, that kind of rejection can feel like hitting a wall. But it doesn’t disqualify you, and it certainly doesn’t diminish your calling.

Through honest reflection and biblical insight, this episode reminds you that even Jesus faced environments where His presence was resisted, not because He lacked power, but because unbelief blocked what heaven desired to release.

If you’ve ever felt misunderstood, undervalued, or unwelcomed in the very place you expected support, this conversation will speak to your heart. You’ll walk away with renewed clarity, encouragement, and a deeper understanding of how to lead with wisdom even when you’re not received.

Tune in for a grounding, faith-filled reminder: your availability is not wasted, and your calling is still intact.

  • Why You Need To Pause
    Jan 15 2026

As parents and leaders, we are often applauded for being decisive, proactive, and dependable. But what happens when doing all the right things still leaves us misaligned with God’s voice?

In this episode, I invite you into a reflective and deeply personal conversation about why the discipline of pausing is essential. Drawing from a real-life parenting decision that disrupted familiar plans, I share why slowing down to receive clear direction from God is not a weakness but a vital leadership strength.

I look at the difference between good works and God-directed works, the subtle danger of urgency-driven decisions, and why Scripture shows us again and again that clarity follows the pause. From Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane to Moses at the burning bush, we see that divine direction is often released only after we are willing to stop and listen.

If you are raising children while carrying leadership responsibilities, this episode will challenge you to reconsider your pace, realign your priorities, and rediscover the peace that comes from walking in step with heaven.

This is a call to pause, not because you lack direction, but because you value God’s voice, His thoughts, and His plans.

Please remember to comment and rate so I know how to keep serving you.

  • Available for Such a Time as This: Living Intentionally in 2026
    Jan 6 2026

As we step into the New Year, this episode invites us to reflect on more than personal goals and resolutions. It’s a call to live intentionally by asking deeper questions: What is God shaping in me? What is He calling me to steward? And who has He connected to my life for such a time as this?

In this conversation, we explore the power of availability: choosing to remain sensitive to God’s leading, open to learning, and willing to be used in ways that extend beyond ourselves. Our lives are interconnected with our families, communities, churches, workplaces, and even people we may never meet, whose destinies may be influenced by our obedience.

This episode also highlights how God often brings His purposes into physical manifestation through willing and available people. We discuss what availability looks like in everyday life: humility, teachability, forgiveness, and a readiness to say, “Yes, Lord, not my plans, but Yours.”

Finally, I share why coaching is one way I’m choosing to be available this year: coming alongside leaders in the home, workplace, and ministry to support growth, clarity, and purposeful action.

May this episode encourage you to move into the New Year with intention, peace, and a heart ready to be both blessed and a blessing.
