    Unfortunately, mental health professionals are few, and the number of people to be treated with mental and mood disorders far exceeds a manageable population. Therapists have to make their diagnosis within the first 15 minutes, so that they can offer their new client some form of a solution; but sadly, the idea that this diagnosis might be wrong, and yet have the power to rule and define that person's life for the coming months, years, or decades, is a very sad state of affairs.

    In a recent study by mental health professionals, it was stated that 39% of all people diagnosed were misdiagnosed [the National Library of Medicine]; that is, 390 million of one billion souls misdiagnosed.

    this is a terrible state of affairs, and at some stage, the question has to be asked: Is there a suitable replacement therapy for these poor souls?

    I believe the only viable solution is a spiritual one, to heal the hole in one's soul.

  • Your Depression is not Yours to Suffer

    Your Depression belongs in the past

    And the past has no place in the present.

    What happened in the past happened to your inner child; it is their burden to carry.

    The past, all of it, the depression, despair, and the stress of it belongs to your inner child; it's theirs to carry. Not Yours!

    Only their meaning and purpose can be found in their experiences, good asnd bad

    Your Meaning & Purpose can only be found in the present,

    A past touched by any trauma is no longer your history.

    If you are a male, then your history becomes His -Story [that of your inner child]

    If you are a female, your history, no longer yours, becomes Her- story.

    This is the truth that shall set you free, as you come to accept the past is none of your business, this means the depression is none of your business either.

    You no longer have a choice.

    You have to stop suffering the pains and hurts of your inner child.

    You have to return to your inner child, all of their baggage, and then walk away from it, without a backward glance, as you step into the land of the living in the here and now.

    To do this, one needs a spiritual solution to heal the hole in one's soul

    To detach from the energy of the depression that is eating away at you.

    To cast out one's demons

    To quieten the voices in our heads

    To slay one's dragons past

    &

    To break the bondage of the past completely

    There is only one spiritual solution available today

  • Maria Belanic, a Grief counsellor worth listening to

    Maria Belanic is an educator and counsellor for grief; having had to deal with grief themselves, they come at the solution from a personal perspective.

    Sharing from a personal loss of her son Stefan, Maria shares with us, that its not always easy to take advice from people who care, but don't know what they are talking about.

    Many people suggest you act as though they never existed so that you can move on, but in many cases, this can be the worst advice.

    Dealing with Grief can seem like we are meant to forget and move on. But the truth, as far as Maria understood it, one needs to never forget their loved one, but to celebrate that person in a healthy response.

    Dealing with grief and denying your lost loved one is like 'holding your breath'.

    But holding one's breath is not a healthy option.

    Maria suggests a better way to deal with grief.

    Most spiritual traditions promote a month's mind, where we allow ourselves to grieve.

    Witnessing is allowing people who are grieving to express how they really feel.

    Maria promotes witnessing , to create a safe place for the griever to express their grief and sorrow.

    So many of us literally 'hold our breath' when it comes to grief.

    It's ok to not me ok.

    No judgement, no timeline.

    Be aware that your state of Grief will be manifesting in your physical, mental and emotional well-being.

    The C.A.R.E solution:

    Compassion; be ok with where you are today, you don't compare your grief with others, your timeline is perfect for you.

    Acknowledge: without judgement, be aware of your thoughts and feelings,

    Releasing: let go of all the 'if's' and 'should have's'

    Exhale: be open to letting go, let go of Loss & Love in the same breath.
