On Transition Game, we'll speak with former professional athletes from the NFL, MLB, NBA and other sports about the transition into the second act of their lives. You'll hear from the players that struggled to not only find themselves but also find a new passion and the steps they've taken to begin a new career at a time in life when most people are well into their own careers. Honest, funny and ultimately inspiring, hear how the athletes made it to the top of their sport as well as relive funny moments from their paying days.
