À propos de ce contenu audio
Based on research conducted by Dr. Beatriz Villarroel (often referred to in the context of the VASCO project and Palomar Observatory plate digitization), the identified "UFO" incidents—characterized as transient, mirror-like light flashes—are not associated with a single date, but rather a time period:
- Pre-Satellite Era: The research focuses on analyzing photographic plates from the Palomar Observatory taken before satellites existed.
- 1950s Focus: A significant portion of these observed phenomena occurred during the early 1950s, specifically around 1950, 1952, and 1954, where numerous "disappearing stars" or transient flashes were documented on plates.
- April 12, 1950: The date of the famous plate containing nine simultaneous transient objects.
- July 27, 1952: A date where transients were found to correlate with the historic Washington, D.C. UFO flap.
