À propos de ce contenu audio
Hey Panthers! Join the founders as they investigate transgender rights and it’s relevance to youth in America. They discuss what it means to be transgender and cisgender, proposed transgender laws, the science behind being transgender, and the trans relevance to youth in America. They also reveal another influential leader for April, Marsha P. Johnson. As a podcast, we hope to provide a judgment-free space that welcomes all experiences and emotions through this episode. Once again, please reach out if you have any stories relating to this or any future topic ideas, and be sure to monitor your emotions while listening. Remember, it is not our intention - nor are we in any way equipped - to diagnose anyone, so please take everything with a grain of salt. Within today’s episode, we cover a few of the many identities, so please do not confine yourself in any way to only the mentioned identities. Know that you have the freedom to express and attain any identity you choose. Talk to a trusted adult and seek professional help if you or someone else you know is struggling with depression, anxiety, or anything else. Finally, in this episode, we feature Marsha P. Johnson Institute, an organization that supports Black transgender people. Feel free to check out our website, MJI, for additional resources. Enjoy!
