John Lack was not only a participant in our first INCUBATE Online Course, he has also a fascinating life path. Guided by his values and innate curiosity he started his career as a management consultant but soon found out that his essence wasn't fully nurtured in this environment.
He continued to rigorously ask himself questions and today he supports organizations with this gift by staying in the not knowing, communicating with compassion and turning the focus on inner development rather than just implementing new processes and structures.
