  • Numerology for the Year Ahead: Understanding the Energy of a 1 Year
    Jan 15 2026
In this episode of Intuition Unleashed, Becc Nelson welcomes back numerology expert Cindy Van Arnam for a timely conversation about the year ahead and how to consciously work with the energy of a 1 Year.
Rather than focusing on prediction or rigid forecasts, Cindy offers a grounded numerology lens that helps listeners understand the energetic tone of the year, what it asks of us collectively, and how to respond with clarity instead of pressure. A 1 Year signals new beginnings, leadership, self-trust, and forward movement—but only when action is aligned rather than forced.
Together, Becc and Cindy explore how numerology can be used as a framework for awareness and strategy, not a rulebook. This conversation includes a general reading for the collective, offering insight into the broader themes shaping this year, while emphasizing that how those themes show up will vary based on each person’s choices and timing.
Listeners will also learn how to:
    • Recognize the opportunities and challenges of a 1 Year
    • Work with divine timing instead of rushing or resisting change
    • Use numerology as a supportive tool for decision-making and planning
    • Maintain personal authority while navigating collective energy
If you’re feeling the urge to move forward—but want to do so with intention, clarity, and self-trust—this episode offers a thoughtful, empowering way to understand the year ahead without giving your power away.

A new year is underway—and a new version of you is wanting to evolve.
Just like your phone, your computer, or your apps get updates, growth doesn’t happen all at once.
    Some changes are subtle.

This episode explores what it looks like to relate to your own growth the same way.

You’ll be invited to think differently about vision, momentum, and the quiet wisdom of knowing when something has completed its role—without needing to rush, force, or reinvent yourself.
By the end of this conversation, you may find:
    ● More trust in what’s emerging, even if the path isn’t fully clear

    ● A calmer relationship with movement, progress, and imperfect action

  • Troubling Relationship? Make a Change!
    Jan 14 2026
Healthy, positive relationships are essential for a healthy, positive life. This universal principle applies to all relationships, including work, family, friends, the planet, and our own bodies. We need healthy connections. So, stop and ask yourself: How do I feel when I think about my relationship with these things? Is there anything troubling me? Do I feel drained when I am around some people or doing certain things? Should I be working harder and making sacrifices to get along?
Now, ask yourself: Do I like all music? All books? All food? All animals? Chances are, you don’t. The reason for this is that everything has an energetic frequency – people, animals, books, songs, food, everything. So, if you do not feel good with certain people or in specific situations or places, it is because your frequency does not resonate well with those frequencies. This is like trying to like a specific song or genre when you simply don’t! It doesn’t matter how hard you work at it or how much you sacrifice to “get along.” The fact is you are not a good match. This leaves you with a choice. Either accept the disharmony and live with conflict or make a change and find a better match. Keep in mind, this does not mean there is anything wrong with the other person, place, or thing. It simply means that oil and water don’t mix well.

The essential teaching of Quantum Aikidois to live as an expression of the single source of yin and yang rather than in polarity.
Embodying this teaching transforms one’s experience of life from being a struggle to a dance. These lessonscan be applied every day to enhance personal and professional relationships and diffuse threateningsituations. The author’s creative, flow-oriented approach shows how to negotiate challenges by absorbingand using the energy of any given situation to create innovative solutions.
