Communication is not easy, neither is reaching your leadership potential.
The lines of communication and personal development are blurred and often overlooked—but they are deeply interlinked with each other.
Many people are taught to communicate and how to operate in their lives one way, but that does not work in all situations with all people—just as many “self-help gurus” provide cookie cutter self-help solutions for people to become better leaders and improve their overall lives: cookie cutter does not work.
The Leadership Potential podcast explores how leaders from all walks of life unlearned their “communication landmines,” which helped them navigate difficult conversations with confidence, ultimately making them more effective leaders. I will also share some of my strategies and tactics as a licensed mental health professional and leadership development coach/trainer to help you build your leadership potential by breaking down the psychology of why we do what we do, so you can effectively unlearn bad habits.
