It's that time of the year again. Wild West Shootout and The Chili Bowl Midget Nationals. As we head to Tulsa to cover the Chili Bowl, this week's guest heads west to the Wild West Shootout. "Big Daddy" Joe Duvall. Joe is one of the nation's top modified drivers. He is a 2-Time American Racer Modified Series Champion, Nascar All American State Champion, 2-time Outlaw Speedway Track Champion, and AMA flat track champion.

This week the crew heads to Tulsa, OK. for the "Meca of Mirco's" the world-famous Tulsa Shootout. The special guests this week is the co-promoters of Bloomington Speedway Andy Bradley, David Hays and the driver of the Hoosier Speed house car Sam Hinds. It's a round table of craziness.

It's driller season as the trading sliders podcast crew gears up for our 1st trip to the Tulsa Shootout. Our special guest this week is Adam Ogle out of Gatlinburg, TN. Adam is in his 4th year of competition and took to the road with the Cumberland Plateau Modified Series the last 2 seasons. Flo Sports makes a major contribution to its dirt racing program with the purchase of Lucas Oil late model dirt series. Sprint car racing in the U.S. is heading in the right direction. This week's guest is Wes Lanham from "Dirt racing in the bluegrass" podcast. We sit down for a deep dive on dirt racing in central KY.

We head to the Gateway dirt nationals and take in dirt late models wildest weekend. Our special guest this week is one of the most polarizing drivers in the sport, 2-time winner of the event, "Kamikaze Kid" Tyler Carpenter.
