He tells Janet about his journey, from working at Tanners wine merchants in his hometown to following his dream and making his own wines in Spain. Tom explains the virtual winemaking process and why he decided on the 'old world' for his own blend of accessible and easy drinking wines.

Ilaria Passeri is a comedy writer and performer working towards her first one woman show, Lady Ilaria’s Drawers.
