Our middle name for the both of us was "Rose", Roses have thorns and thorns represent adversity as well as protection against predators. This is how we came up with our show name 'Thru The Thorns". We utilize talk therapy with each other to reflect about the things that we have gone through that make us who we are today. We wrote these letters as part of our healing journey and wanted to share with you all to show that it is okay to be vulnerable, and it is okay to let things hurt you and how everyone processes things differently and their own way.

      Our message to you this week is: whatever happens to you, you matter, your experiences are valid and we are here for you, we support you, and you too can stay strong through the thorns.
