  • The Reality of Building a Business with Tay Russell
    Oct 7 2026

We’re chatting with Tay, founder of Posy Intimates, about building a business from the ground up while raising two babies under two, with a third on the way.

We get real about the juggle of motherhood and business, the pressure to have it all figured out and Tay’s experience with health anxiety and the impacts it has on her everyday life.

We also chat about what drives Tay to keep backing herself and taking risks despite the setbacks. Tay's story is really inspirational and we are so excited to share it with you. If you're a small business girlie, or are thinking of starting, this episode is for you.

  • 21. Anonymous Submissions: Housemate Horrors
    Sep 30 2026

We’re getting into the absolute chaos that can come with living under the same roof as other people.

From nightmare housemates and questionable living habits to the people who somehow manage to leave you doing ALL the cleaning… we’re sharing some of our own housemate horror stories.

And speaking of things getting interesting… Jaz and Neets got a little heated this week. Let’s just say, these two have history. There are old grievances, questionable decisions and apparently some things that have never fully been resolved.

So… are we witnessing a genuine argument? A little bit of unresolved housemate trauma? Or are we just two women who have known each other long enough to know exactly which buttons to push? We're giving you the censored ep today. If you want the BTS footage, head to our Instagram page.

  • 20. Hype Girls Reporting for Duty!
    Sep 23 2026

Sometimes you just need someone to grab you by the shoulders, shake you a little and say: YOU’VE GOT THIS. KEEP GOING.

This week, Jaz and Neets are putting the hype back into your life with a big dose of encouragement, a few hard truths and absolutely zero qualifications to be giving life advice.

We’re sharing the advice we’ve been given over the years that has actually stuck with us, the little reminders we tell ourselves when things feel hard and the things we wish more women knew.

We’re bringing the hype, the pep talks and the reminders that you are probably doing a much better job than you think.

You're also getting some bonus content this week; Jaz gives us a little insight to her diabolical dating experiences from back in the day, proving that sometimes the best life lessons come from the decisions we absolutely should not have made.

  • 19. Unlocking AI for Women with the Hey Coco Team
    Sep 16 2026

You’ve all heard the AI hype and you're probably already using it to some capacity. But what if AI could be used to make everyday life a little easier?

We’re joined by Clare from HeyCoco. Clare is on a mission to help women unpack their fears around AI and feel confident using it in everyday life.

Clare is joined by her friend Charlotte, who has learnt from Clare first hand just how much of a difference AI can make to everyday life.

And honestly, once you see what it can do, it starts to feel a little bit like having a live-in personal assistant who never argues back.

    We chat about:

    • Why so many of us feel intimidated or nervous about AI
    • The fear of “not knowing what we’re doing”
    • Privacy, personal information and what we should (and shouldn’t) be putting into AI
    • How AI can actually help with the boring, everyday stuff
    • Simple things you can ask AI to do TODAY to make life easier
    • Saving time and taking some of the mental load off

Most importantly, we talk about how you don't need to be tech-savvy, work in business or understand how AI works behind the scenes to start using it. You can literally start with the things that are already annoying you.

  • 18. Are You Actually Living, or Just Preparing to Live?
    Sep 9 2026

We’re talking about the never-ending goalposts we set for ourselves and how easy it is to get stuck in the rat race of always working towards something. We talk about why we can feel guilty for being spontaneous, saying yes to an impulse, spending money on experiences or simply doing absolutely nothing productive. Because what happens if we finally reach the life we’ve been working so hard for… and realise we forgot to enjoy the journey?

We also continue our 40 Things Before 40 list, because maybe the whole point isn’t ticking off a giant list of achievements. Maybe it’s about creating more moments that make us feel like we’re actually living.

This one is a reminder to stop waiting for the “right time”, loosen the grip on the five-year plan and remember that this is your life. Right now.

  • 17. Anonymous Submissions: Inbox Open
    Sep 2 2026

The anonymous submissions inbox has been busy again… and this week, we’ve got two that really made us stop and think.

We can’t tell you who sent them, but let’s just say both submissions involve some pretty big family decisions, and we are VERY divided on whether these women are justified.

One involves a wedding, a very unexpected family situation and a decision that could potentially cause some serious drama.

The other involves a new baby, a three month waiting period and a sister who may or may not be getting a taste of her own medicine.

And because apparently that wasn’t enough drama for one episode, Jaz has some news of her own: she has applied for a reality TV show.

Naturally, she doesn’t just tell us she applied. She also explains exactly why she thinks she could win the whole thing. The confidence is… impressive. The ego is… big. But honestly? We kind of love it.

  • 16. Send Help, a Village and Maybe a Casserole
    Aug 26 2026

Neets and Jaz are talking about something that started with a bout of sickness… and somehow turned into a much bigger conversation about family, independence, support systems and what happens when life doesn’t go to plan.

After being knocked around by illness and watching it affect the entire household, Anita found herself asking: how do people do this when they have even more on their plate? When you have work to get to, bills to pay, kids to care for and no partner who can be home fulltime to help… what happens when you’re the one who goes down?

It leads to a conversation about the culture we’ve created around independence. We’re often told we should be able to do it all ourselves, but are we actually meant to? And in a world where family and friends can be spread across cities, states and countries, how do we build the village we all seem to need?

We also dive into the realities of the sandwich generation; raising children while beginning to think about ageing parents and what the future might hold. Should we be having the uncomfortable conversations now about our parents’ wishes? And should we be actively planning for life to go wrong before we’re forced to figure it out in the middle of a crisis?

It sounds deep… and it is. But, as usual, there are plenty of laughs along the way.

  • 15. Be Delusional & Go For It! with Alycia Chapman
    Aug 19 2026

Jaz takes over the mic for a very special solo episode with Alycia Chapman, a powerhouse businesswoman, marketing queen, ex corporate strategist and owner of the studio where we record Thriving(ish).

Alycia is the kind of woman who makes you want to quit overthinking and just DO THE THING. She shares why she believes we need to take more risks, set bigger goals and, sometimes, be a little bit delusional about what’s possible.

And then there's the ADHD conversation. Alycia was only diagnosed recently and we discuss her ability to think differently, chase ideas, take risks and see possibilities where others don't.

This is your kick up the bum episode if you've been sitting on an idea, talking yourself out of something or waiting for the “right time”.

Got a question that’s keeping you up at night? Head to our instagram page and tell us about it. We want to talk about it!
