    • The Male and Female Divide with Dr. Peter McGraw
      Jun 1 2025

To mark our six-month anniversary, we’re joined by Dr. Peter McGraw for a special episode!

Peter is the host of Solo: A Single Person’s Guide to a Remarkable Life. He’s also a behavioural economist, a professor at the University of Colorado Boulder, and a humor researcher who dedicates his life to advocating single living.

In this episode, we explore the growing divide between men and women in today’s society—especially when it comes to dating. We discuss why many men seem to be falling behind while more women are embracing independence and choosing to remain single.

At its heart, this conversation is about what it means to be a good human being: finding a healthy balance between our masculine and feminine energies, and cultivating compassion in a world that often pulls us toward division.

      Enjoy! xxxx

    • Breakups
      May 25 2025

Ah, breakups. Most of us have been through at least one and they’re what we’re talking about on this week’s episode.

Whether you’re more accustomed to being dumped, or more au fait with being the dump-ee, breakups are rarely pleasant. This week, we discuss our own breakup stories, and the conversation includes the grief of heartbreak, how situationships can be surprisingly painful, as well as how sometimes we may find ourselves breaking up with someone even though, on the surface, things seem to be going smoothly.

Whatever your own experience of breakups, we hope you’ll find something in here that resonates. Enjoy! xxx

    • We All Have Issues!
      May 18 2025

This week, we are talking about the assumption that single women are single because they have issues. SPOILER ALERT: yes, we have issues, like everyone else, but that's not why we are single!

Relationships, marriage and children are seen as the ultimate goal within society and single women are unfairly seen as broken or incomplete. We share our own experiences, our own issues and we question whether the real concern is being unable to do life, solo!

      Enjoy! xxx
