  • Stop Waiting for Your Life to Turn Around | Thompson Talks with Tony and Christina
    Oct 21 2026

Are you waiting for your marriage, career, finances, business, or circumstances to finally get better?

You may be waiting for a long time.

In this episode of Thompson Talks, Tony and Christina talk about why reaching the next level often starts with changing the way you see yourself and the way you think about your future.

Success doesn’t find waiters. It finds doers.

Tony shares a personal story about someone telling him he wasn't charging enough—and why his immediate reaction was to reject what she was saying.

Sometimes the biggest thing standing between us and the next level isn't a lack of opportunity. It's that we can't see ourselves operating at that level yet.

Tony and Christina also look back at goals they wrote down 10 years ago, what they accomplished, what took longer than expected, and what life's trials taught them about creating opportunities instead of waiting for them. God may have called you to a level much higher than where you are today. Stop waiting for your life to turn around. Start moving toward what you're praying for.

  • Three Steps to Keep Fighting Until You Win | Thompson Talks with Tony and Christina
    Oct 14 2026

What do you do when you're in a battle that feels like it just won't end? Whether you're fighting a spiritual battle, financial battle, marriage battle, career battle, family battle, or something completely different, this episode is about what it takes to keep fighting until you win.

Tony and Christina pull lessons from the biblical story of David and Goliath and break down three practical steps that can help you face the giant in front of you.

David didn't defeat Goliath because the battle was easy. He stepped onto the battlefield with faith, remembered what God had already brought him through, and was willing to finish the fight.

Whatever your “Goliath” is right now, don't quit in the middle of the battle.

    In this episode:
3 steps to keep fighting until you win
What David and Goliath can teach us about our battles today
    Why remembering past victories matters
How faith changes the way you approach difficult seasons
Why you can't allow the size of the battle to determine the size of your
    confidence
What it means to finish the fight
Your giant may be big—but that doesn't mean it wins.

  • Are They the One? — Part 3 - The Final Episode of Our Three-Part Mini-Series
    Sep 30 2026

In the final episode of “Are They the One?”, Christina shares a story from the early days of our relationship involving Kangaroo Jack, a nickname in her phone, and a text conversation that taught Tony an important lesson about humility.

    Part 3 Takeaway
If both people are too prideful to say “I'm sorry” or “I apologize,” there may be a problem.

Christina's willingness to apologize for unintentional hurt showed Tony the importance of humility in a relationship—and over 10 years of marriage, her example helped him become better at apologizing too.
The right person won't be perfect, but they should be willing to apologize, grow, and repair.

That wraps up our three-part “Are They the One?” mini-series!

  • Are They the One? — Part 2 - A Three-Part Thompson Talks Mini-Series
    Sep 23 2026

Do you feel like you have to impress the person you're dating to keep them interested?

In Part 2 of our three-part mini-series, “Are They the One?”, Tony and Christina share another story from the early days of their relationship—this time involving a date that cost just $3.

No expensive restaurant. No elaborate plans. No pressure to impress.

Just a trip to the donut shop.

Tony shares why this simple date became an important reminder that when you're with the right person, you shouldn't have to constantly perform, impress, or pretend to be someone you're not.

    Part 2 Takeaway
If you have to perform or impress, they may not be the right person for you. Compatibility matters. If one person desires a lifestyle centered around the finer things while the other genuinely doesn't, neither person is necessarily wrong—but that difference matters when you're considering a life together.

The right relationship should give you room to be authentically you.

  • Are They the One? — Part 1 - A Three-Part Thompson Talks Mini-Series
    Sep 16 2026

How do you know when you've found the person you're supposed to spend your life with?

While divorce rates in the U.S. have declined from the often-cited “50%” figure, a significant percentage of marriages still end in divorce. But what if part of the problem starts before the marriage?

In Part 1 of our new three-part mini-series, “Are They the One?”, Tony and Christina go back to the beginning of their relationship and explore what it looks like when the right relationship doesn't have to be forced.
We look at Genesis 2:18, when God says He will make Adam “a helper fit for him.” God didn't leave Adam scrambling to manufacture the right relationship—He knew exactly who was fit for him.

Tony shares a personal story from the early days of his relationship with Christina. While traveling out of town, something happened that made him realize just how naturally Christina had become part of his thoughts and his life.

    Part 1 Takeaway
