Content Warning: In today's episode, we will use the words "fat" or "larger-bodied." For example, you can be a runner with a fat body. We use these words as simple descriptors without judgment. Fat is simply another adjective, like thin, and it's up to us to remove the stigma and the negative connotation that society and diet culture have created.

* How body positivity, self-acceptance, and respect for your body regarding fitness are important.

* How to support people in all stages of change, moving from ambivalence to taking their first steps into action. The importance of meeting people where they are at.
