M66 gives us a run down on his new tunes some featuring Liambo Slice, we talk about some serious topics like crack in west Belfast and how drugs are taking over our working class areas but also on his own personal journey and finding his love for music again bringing the people of Belfast and beyond the banger tunes. In today's episode we are joined by Danielle & John Neill Founders of Dedicated Fitness and Trainers to the stars when they com there to Belfast. They are also the creators of the clothing brand CERTIFIED which has been featured here on the podcast and we can say it is VERY GOOD gear. John and Danielle tell us about the motivations they had when starting up from a small unit to now nearly owning most of the complex they work from, it is a tale we love to tell here on the show about working class people building a success of themselves and helping others achieve the same along the way. We get into some whacky gym goers and also about the inner workings of running a Gym as well as being the reason for not just your own self health but that of others and what it takes to network with 50 Cent, Ne Yo, Alexandra Burke and Mike Tyson plus many more. John takes his fitness as a life choice not just a business endeavour as Danielle tells us there is no days off its a 365 24/7 regime and John is up for the task. The lads ask some good questions and Gavin a few moons ago was once a frequent gym goer to Johns actual Gym and has a few good stories about banter and bar bells.
