In this first episode, I’ll be talking about what the meaning of the soul means to me. Everyone’s perspective is beautifully different, which makes having these conversations about the soul expansive, creative and healing.

There are many different facets to a diamond and the same with the soul or soul self or our authentic self as we grow towards a sense of being whole. I use the modalities of Yoga, Astrology and Wellness to create content around how, when, why and where the Soul might be whispering within us.

Also in this episode, I will briefly talk about Uranus in Taurus moving direct after being in retrograde for five months. This is a wonderful time to listen to the whispering of the soul, as the energy is in a forward momentum. Uranus wants to innovate, create and explore areas that are new and different, which by choice, has the potential to create space for personal and collective soul growth.
