  • What is the Wellness Pod?
    Oct 21 2023

Welcome to this introductory episode of The Wellness Pod (TWP), where we discuss the podcast's mission, purpose, and objectives. During this episode, you'll get a closer look at the host's background and the experiences that have led to her role as host and producer of TWP. The Wellness Pod, is a podcast that aims to amplify the voices and stories of community members both within and outside the Sewanee community with a focus on topics related to inclusivity and belonging. It's important to note that while the podcast is run by a student at The University of the South, TWP does not represent the university's views or opinions. My goal is to inspire, spark curiosity, and promote awareness, encouraging listeners to incorporate these values into their daily lives.
