This week I'm chatting to business coach Chris Hallett about self-promotion, and how to overcome the fear, taboo and stigma of promoting yourself and your business in an online and virtual space.

Chris comes at this from direct experience, having struggled with transitioning from fluid public speaking to talking to a camera, and then going through the process of overcoming his fear.

Chris now helps others to do the same. In a time when we're all now required to show up on camera and give our best, this understandably causes anxiety and worries in a lot of people.

Chris and I will discuss how to 'show up' on camera, how to be yourself, why self promotion is actually okay and really good, and essentially how to identify the fear, and how to own it!
