    Send us Fan Mail

In this episode, Mark shares the story he avoided recording for over a year — the story of how Christ called him out of hiding, confronted his ego, and named him into a new identity. Through the lens of Gideon’s story, Mark reveals the fear, hesitation, and obedience that shaped the birth of The Valiant Forge. This episode is not about elevating a man — it’s about revealing the Man who changes everything.

If you’ve been hiding, shrinking, or resisting God’s call on your life, this episode is for you.

Most Christian men don’t realize how deeply their physical life is shaping their spiritual life — or how much their lack of self‑worth is draining everything else. In this conversation, Men’s Strength Coach Sean McManus breaks down the connection between fitness, faith, identity, and personal growth that most men completely overlook.

We talk about why so many husbands and fathers feel empty, why men struggle to love themselves, and how discipline, brotherhood, and spiritual formation rebuild a man’s confidence from the inside out. This isn’t a fitness episode — it’s a call to reclaim your strength, your purpose, and the man God designed you to be.

If you’ve been running on empty, doubting your worth, or feeling stuck in your own life… this might be the missing piece.

  • The One Decision Every Man Must Make
    Apr 27 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Most men never draw the line in the sand.
Joshua did — at the end of his life, scarred and weathered, standing before men who still had idols hidden in their tents. His words weren’t a slogan. They were a challenge:

“Choose you this day whom you will serve.”

In this episode, we talk about the one decision every man must make — and why so many of us avoid it. Joshua’s challenge echoes straight into Romans 12:2, where Paul shows us the process of becoming the man God designed us to be:

Do not conform. Be transformed. Renew your mind. Discern God’s will.

    We’ll walk through:

    • Why men drift spiritually instead of choosing God
    • How “idols in the tent” keep you stuck
    • Why renewing your mind is the foundation of transformation
    • How your strongest thoughts shape your life
    • Why wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord
    • What true biblical masculinity actually looks like
    • How to make the next right choice — every single day

If you’ve ever felt torn between who you’ve been and who God is calling you to become, this episode is your line in the sand.

    Choose you this day.

  • The Parking Lot Moment That Split Everything Open
    Apr 23 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

A powerful conversation about the choices that shape a man’s life, spiritual transformation, Bible prophecy, and the moment that split Joshua “Branch” Isole’s life in two.

Joshua “Branch” Isole is an author of 22 books, a theologian, and a man whose life took a radical turn after a decade‑long search for truth. His story is raw, honest, and deeply relatable — especially for men who know what it feels like to stand between who they’ve been and who God is calling them to become.

In this episode, Branch shares the moment that changed everything: sitting in a parking lot between a Christian bookstore and a topless bar, facing the kind of choice every man knows deep down.
We talk about spiritual transformation, the pull of the world, end‑times prophecy, moral decision‑making, and the daily choices that determine who we become.

If you’re a man trying to walk the path of truth, integrity, and spiritual strength, this conversation will hit home.

THE FIVE STEPS TO A TRUE WALK WITH CHRIST

    (With the scriptures Branch cited)

    1. Invite Jesus into your life
    Matthew 7:7–8
Ask, seek, knock — and He responds.

    2. Receive the Spirit of Truth
    John 16:13
The Spirit guides you into truth.

    3. Call on His Spirit daily
    John 14:16, 26

The Counselor is with you forever.

    4. Follow the way Christ would respond
    John 14:6
Truth and love become your compass.

    5. Believe and confess Jesus as Lord
    Romans 10:9–10, 13, 17
Salvation is secured by faith and confession.

THE SEVEN STEPS OF REPAIR & RECONCILIATION

(For healing relationships and rebuilding trust)

    1. Responsibility
Own what you said or did — without excuses.

    2. Remorse
Feel the weight of the harm you caused.

    3. Recourse
Take action to correct the damage — make amends.

    4. Regret
Acknowledge the emotional impact on the other person.

    5. Repetition
Commit that the behavior will not happen again.

    6. Repentance
Demonstrate changed future behavior — prove it over time.

    7. Rebuild Trust
Walk out the new pattern consistently until trust is restored.

  • God Was Behind Me… and That Was the Problem
    Apr 20 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

Most men don’t realize how easy it is to drift spiritually, mentally, and emotionally — until something breaks. In my case, it was subtle depression, a mild heart attack, and a birthday I didn’t even remember. I thought I was transforming my life through fitness, discipline, and hustle… but the truth is, I was putting God behind me, and that was the problem.

In this episode, I share the raw, unfiltered story of how my pursuit of physical transformation became an idol that fed my ego, distracted my heart, and nearly destroyed my marriage. I talk about the emotional affair that formed out of neglect, the moment my wife discovered it, and the decision that forced me to confront who I had become.

But this isn’t a story about failure — it’s a story about surrender.
It’s about how God used my lowest moments to rebuild me from the inside out.
It’s about mental health, mental recovery, and the true transformation that only happens when you stop conforming to the world and start renewing your mind through Christ.

If you’re a man who feels numb, disconnected, ashamed, or stuck in cycles you can’t break… you’re not alone. You’re not beyond redemption. You’re one surrender away from a completely different life.

This is how God took what almost destroyed me — and forged it into my calling.

    Apr 13 2026

    Send us Fan Mail

In this Valiant Monday episode, Mark breaks down what Paul actually meant when he wrote “renew your mind” in Romans 12:2 — and why most men misunderstand it. Renewal isn’t a quick refresh. • What “renewing your mind” means in Greek (anakainōsis = renovation)
    • Why your CNS and environment shape your temptations
    • How identity is rebuilt through Scripture and the Holy Spirit
    • Why Gideon’s story mirrors your own
    • Practical steps to start your own renewal today
If you’re exhausted from trying to change yourself — or scared of what happens if you don’t — this episode is for you.
