What is the Country Music Unknown Legends podcast? Host John Mathis Jr talks about the inspiration for starting the podcast, which takes a look back at the artists or musicians in Country Music during era of the late 40's and 50's. Some of these artists had recording contracts with major labels, performed on some of the iconic stages of the day standing beside other artists who would go on to become legends. But these artists or musicians, although meeting with success, are almost forgotten today.
In this episode John covers a little of the differences in the music landscape and life in those days and what you can expect on the podcast.
