    Welcome to the Sweet Slumber Podcast: the Good, the Bad, and the Sleep Deprived. First of all, YOU are an amazing mother! You may not feel amazing if you are a mom of a sleepless baby or toddler or one who is struggling with sleep. It’s time to put sleep deprivation behind you and bring more joy and peace into your life! I am Sleep Consultant Meredith Brough, and this podcast series will offer you tips on various ways to get the sleep you and your child deserve as you meet their needs and build security. In this episode, you'll get an introduction to what this podcast will offer in future episodes but also focus on the gift of your “mother’s intuition” - tuning into your instincts.

    This podcast will help you move past negative thoughts, advice from others, and your exhaustion... and depend on your personal mom instincts to create good sleep patterns for your child. You will learn to trust yourself and your strengths - whether they are already present or still developing.
