    Una Coss is a nurse in Dublin and is very passionate about her work; so much so in fact that she's now gone back to pursue her master's degree in nursing at Trinity College Dublin. 


    We thoroughly enjoyed a chat with Una in which we discuss not only her career and what it can mean to really care for patients but we also discuss Una's journey from never having any sort of fitness background and how she switched her mindset from the typical 6-week-bikini body- challenge to consistently training 5 days per week and falling in love with the process.
