À propos de ce contenu audio

You have found the Shanny Pant Show! Hello it’s Shanny, the least influential influencer there ever was, with a heart full of laughter and a journey that runs deeper than the trendiest makeup palette. You may know me from my ridiculously comedic fashion and makeup tutorials on social media, but guess what? There's so much more to the story!

I was born, raised and married in a cult. When I left the cult at 31 years old I had no knowledge about real life or how to process what I had been through, I felt so alone.

In the past couple of years, I've been on an incredible journey of learning, growing, and recovering, and I'm excited to share this with you.

I’m happy to bring you stories from many cult survivors, experts and authors so that you can hear some of what I’ve learned that's propelled my healing.

Their stories are more than inspiring; they're a roadmap to self-discovery and resilience.

So get ready for a podcast that's part comedy, part wisdom, and a whole lot of heart. If you feel alone in your journey, my hope is that that will change once you hear these stories.

Welcome to the Shanny Pants Show!
