Episode 4 - As we listen to the song Sacred Silence, may we come to discover what love is or maybe Who Love is. We introduce a new segment to the pod, Seasonal Reflections, with the hope to not recap or repeat what has been shared, but to enter more deeply into what others' lives might be saying to us. I have been able to hear and see how I am being called to get up and act, say yes and ask myself, "Why not me?"

Episode 3 - On a casual Sunday evening, what started as talk about microphones quickly became something deeper. My aunt, Denise De Four, and I, reflect on time, relationships, and finances, and how they intersect across our lives. From learning not to compartmentalise ourselves to recognising our giftedness and using our voices, this conversation centers on accepting what we cannot change, having the courage to change what we can, and gaining the wisdom to know the difference.

Episode 2 - I sit down with Alex Stout, a close friend I met while navigating a female-dominated field, finding common ground beyond the classroom, running into each other at the gym, and discovering we're practically neighbours! Our conversation unfolds around the nuances of masculinity, integrity, and learning how to show up for others without losing yourself. Acknowledging that we do not live in a perfect world, we reflect on facing difficult people and how to respond to the hard things.

Seasons of Us is a space for honest, grounded conversations about life as it’s unfolding: the questions, the growth, the in-between moments we don’t always name.

It’s taken me years to finally muster up the courage to sit in front of a mic and press record, but I’m excited to finally give it a go. This podcast is an invitation to slow down, listen, and remember that every person has a story, and every story has value.
