So, this topic is a sore subject with me and I wanna talk a bit about it. The safety manual… Who even reads it?
Hi, my name is Gary Marsh and this is your safetyology talk or maybe another rant… depends on how worked up I get I guess…
I’ve been in the safety profession for a long time and this is a topic that is pretty raw for me. I have to be honest. When I have interviews with those who’ve gotten themselves hurt and it is their fault, I always seem to ask a final question:
Have you read the safety manual? Do you know where it is located? These are both loaded questions.
