Success is defined differently by different people. I do think you should work hard and take care of your family. There is nothing wrong with having money, it can be a great tool and make life easier for you. Where the world get's it wrong is making money and financial success the end all be all. I know this is different from my normal law enforcement topics, but I think this is something we all deal with. How do we balance work and family life? My family is my top priority, but we also have bills and are building a business and trying to do everything at once can be difficult. I wanted to open up and share what has been on my mind lately.

Today we are joined by Sheriff Shannon Dicus from San Bernardino County. We go over a lot of topics in this episode but primarily go over two recent use of force incidents involving San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. The first being a high-speed pursuit where deputies got in a shoot out with a truck. Inside the truck was a murder suspect and his 15-year-old daughter who was the subject of an Amber Alert. The second incident involved 15-year-old Ryan Gainer who was shot and killed. We go over both of these incidents in detail and take a look at what happened and why it happened.
