Today we are joined by Sheriff Shannon Dicus from San Bernardino County. We go over a lot of topics in this episode but primarily go over two recent use of force incidents involving San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. The first being a high-speed pursuit where deputies got in a shoot out with a truck. Inside the truck was a murder suspect and his 15-year-old daughter who was the subject of an Amber Alert. The second incident involved 15-year-old Ryan Gainer who was shot and killed. We go over both of these incidents in detail and take a look at what happened and why it happened.
