  • I Thought I Was Broken. It Was Autism & ADHD.
    Jan 24 2026
I spent my life waiting for the moment everything would finally make sense.

A spider bite. A transformation. Proof that I wasn’t broken - just becoming.

Instead, I became the person who walked every path that wasn’t meant for them.

The rebel. The truth-teller. The one who felt too much, gave too much, burned out, rebuilt, and did it all over again.

I healed my trauma. I built communities. I held everyone else with care I never learned to give myself.

And even in my most stable, grounded season… something still felt missing.

This episode is something different - it is about that missing piece. It’s about growing up feeling out of sync with the world. About being told you’re too much and not enough at the same time.

About loving deeply, feeling intensely, thinking relentlessly - and never finding the off switch. It’s about late discovery. About realizing that what you called rebellion, sensitivity, chaos, or a “broken personality” had a name all along.

    Autism and ADHD.

No dramatic transformation. No green goo. No curse lifted. Just clarity.

And with it, compassion - for the past versions of yourself who were trying so hard to survive in a world not built for them.

    If you’ve ever felt like:
you don’t fit into the life everyone else seems to understand
healing didn’t make you feel whole
your brain feels like both a superpower and a curse
you were made for something more, but didn’t know what …

This is for you. You were never broken. You were never wrong. You were always whole. And if no one’s told you yet - I see you. ✨

    Topics in this episode:
    late-diagnosed autism
    ADHD
    neurodivergence
    healing & identity
    being “too much”
    burnout & rebuilding
    finding your people 🖤

  • Inside the Porn Industry: Parents, Testing, and the Business of OnlyFans with Evie Rees
    Oct 19 2025
The adult industry is one of the most judged and least understood creative spaces.
This week I talk with Evie Rees - award winning - porn actor and OnlyFans creator, about what really happens behind the camera - the community, testing, the financial ups and downs, and whether it’s all worth it.
We unpack the balance between empowerment and exhaustion, visibility and censorship, and the emotional realities of a job that’s constantly misunderstood.

  • Torn between organised faith and your own spiritual path? - Religion vs Spirituality
    Oct 12 2025
Where does religion end and spirituality begin? Does organised faith have room for ecstatic personal experience? In this episode I trace my path from an Orthodox childhood to an unplanned encounter with Kali Ma that shifted everything.

I confess I once judged meditation, crystals and talk of energy, and I share how that judgement slowly gave way to curiosity, humility and practice. We unpack the tension between ritual and mysticism and consider how a single experience can rewrite long held stories about the divine. If you have ever felt torn between faith and curiosity, this episode is for you.

  • What is Gender? Do you know yours?
    Oct 5 2025
Join me and my friend as we unpack what gender feels like in everyday life. We talk about sex and gender, what being non binary can look like, and how to show up better for trans and gender nonconforming people.
Expect personal stories, small practical tips, and plenty of moments that might make you rethink what you thought you knew.

    Definitions:
AFAB - Assigned female at birth. A medical label given when someone is born based on anatomy. AMAB - Assigned male at birth. A medical label given at birth based on anatomy.
    Sex versus gender:
Sex refers to biological attributes such as chromosomes, hormones, and anatomy. Gender refers to social roles, identity, and how someone experiences themselves as masculine, feminine, both, neither, or something else entirely. People often mix these up, but they are not the same thing.
Non binary - An umbrella term for people whose gender is not only male or female. Someone who is non binary might use they them pronouns or other pronouns, and may express their gender in many different ways.
Cis - Short for cisgender. A cis person’s gender identity matches the sex they were assigned at birth. Being cis is a common experience but not the only one.
Gender nonconforming - When a person’s expression or presentation does not follow cultural expectations for masculinity or femininity.
Trans - Short for transgender. A trans person has a gender identity that is different from the sex they were assigned at birth. Trans experiences are varied and can include social transition, medical transition, or none of those things.

  • Escaping the 9 to 5
    Sep 13 2025
Quitting a stable career and stepping into the unknown. This is the story of how I walked away from what was expected of me, from a life that wasn’t my vision but the path most of us accept as the only option. Self-employment is scary, but it can also be the option you’ve been too afraid to consider.
