In Part 1 of this two-part psychedelic saga, we follow John — a burnt-out schoolteacher whose life takes a sharp turn after breaking his finger, losing his job, and tripping under a full moon with his loyal Dog and a stray Cat. What starts as exhaustion and disillusionment soon spirals into cosmic encounters, feline prophecies, and a mission to escape a collapsing society.

Guided by Princess Pussy in a dream, John learns he must set up his Web-Auth wallet, buy METAL, and prepare for survival in a dystopian world where drones monitor every move and free speech is under attack. Alongside his unlikely companions — Dog, Cat, and a stylish skater named Nutmeg — John sets out on a surreal quest to CTRAVL, Storex, and beyond, gathering the tools and allies needed for the battles ahead.
