Welcome to The Positive Vibe Movement Podcast. On this Podcast I'll be sharing my story as well as having guests on to share their journey on how they got to where they're at today. The last few years have been a struggle for me. I was put in the mental hospital twice and was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Since 2015, changing the perspective on mental health has always been the vision for me. I want to inspire others to chase their dreams and to let them know that no matter what they're going through they don't have to fight alone. PV Nation is a support system, a community and a family. Together we can end the stigma around mental health. This is just the beginning!
