In honor of today being 11 months in therapy as someone who has survived child abuse and narcissistic abuse, I want to share 11 things I've taken away from my time on the couch that have enabled healing to happen.

I am not a doctor nor is this to replace any health care providers recommendation for your own personal treatment, but is a goal to encourage anyone, especially those of faith that is okay to seek help, and that there is hope.

After a few month hiatus I am back behind the mic. This podcast is rooted in encouraging those in their faith, but in that there's also the sharing of struggles, struggles that have been stacking up over the last year.
Today in this part one of two series, I'll be sharing about these moments that have caused me to hang on to Jesus for dear life, moments that have to do with recovering from narcissistic abuse, the healing journey with someone who lives with PTSD/CPTSD, and other fights while juggling a full and normal everyday life.
I'm stepping out in faith by being open and vulnerable to my fellow saints in hopes that they will feel less alone, and more bold in knowing that despite how life looks, no matter how we feel grasping for peace, love and joy in Christ, that one tiny fringe of His garment is enough to keep us.
