À propos de ce contenu audio

Carried the weight. Felt the ache. Now passing on the light because you are not alone. 💗 Hiii! Welcome to The Mental Wealth Glow Theory, a podcast with yours truly Diya Hareesh. I created this podcast to help students all around the world with the stress and negativity of school. School gets so busy and chaotic, so much so that it's hard to keep your mental health, well healthy. You are not alone; I've been in your place (many times 😔). However, now it's my turn to share all the tips and tricks I've accumulated over the years, and this podcast will help you maintain a healthy mental space in every possible aspect. Welcome to the show! 💗

    • New Year, BETTER You
      Feb 15 2026

Hey, hey, heyyyyy!! Welcome back to the Mental Wealth Glow Theory!! It's been a while since I posted, but now I'm back and I'm back to stay.

This week is all about goal making and resolutions (yes, we are a month and a half into the new year but still). I explain why most people cannot stick to their goals. In fact, only about 9% of people who make resolutions actually stick it out to the end. Today I'll walk through the steps on how to actually stick to your resolutions. I've definitely struggled to keep my goals every year, and in this episode, I explain how to keep up with your goals and how to create goals that you will actually stick to.

As always if you have any recommendations, questions, or simply want to reach out, my email is thementalwealthglowtheory@gmail.com

Thanks to everyone who is here listening! Share this with someone who is struggling with their goals too. We are in this together and good luck on your resolutions this year. We got this!

    • Get back on track
      Nov 16 2025

Hi guys! I'm back with another episode; how is everyone doing?

This week we are talking about getting back on track whether that be with academics, sports, or even your whole life. Trust me I've been there, you've been there (since your listening), we have ALL been there. This is a universal experience and that's because we are HUMAN. Not robots but we are humans with emotions, and stress capacities and thresholds that burn us out when met. So, this week I came up with an 8-step checklist to help us get back on track.

Feel free to reach out if you have questions, requests, or anything you would like to discuss. My email is thementalwealthglowtheory@gmail.com

Thank you all for all of the love I much appreciate each and everyone of you. It's really amazing how my singular voice can reach students all across the world so thanks to you guys for supporting and listening!!

P.S. I sound a little sick so sorry in advance for the poor audio! :(

    • Failure is NOT the End
      Nov 10 2025

I know you know the feeling of failing. The world seems to end and you're close to quitting. Yes, I've been there too (many times 🙃), and this week's episode is all about confronting and overcoming these feelings.

Hey guys, welcome back! This week, I've got 3 easy steps to face failure. Failure is something we have all experienced as students and kids. Whether that be related to school or your personal goals, failure is a part of life and I'm going to give you 3 easy steps in which you can take the negativity of failing and turn it into something positive. This new view of failure will hugely benefit your mental health.

Thanks for listening, be sure to share with others and feel free to reach out to me at thementalhealthglowtheory@gmail.com
