Ian has brokered numerous acquisitions in the hospitality sector including Loch Fyne to Greene King for £70m in 2007, and sits on numerous Boards including Incipio Group. He is a a UK Hospitality sector M&A specialist for Clearwater International Corporate Finance. His current investments include but are not limited to Thunderbird Fried Chicken and Pizza Pilgrims.
