 The Lighthouse is bringing in a diverse set of guests to discuss their professional journey, unheard stories, and get to know our guests as people through casual conversations. We will have meaningful discussions about education, career development, health and wellness, and culture. The Lighthouse was created in hopes of serving as a platform where the AAPI and SASE community can turn to during times of uncertainty, and provide a sense of stability and direction. We hope that with The Lighthouse Podcast, you as listeners, can find support and guidance with each other. A lighthouse provides stability and guidance to bring sailors back to the harbor in all weather conditions. Everyone, at one time or another, needs a lighthouse to guide them through their fogs and darkness of life. There’s ups and downs in life, and it’s very easy to get caught up in surviving the rough seas. It’s easy to lose hope and forget to look up for the lighthouse when you’re lost at sea. Since light is the only thing that can penetrate through darkness and point ships in the right direction, we hope that we can be a lighthouse to help the members of the SASE and AAPI community to steer their boats away from the rocks and toward their goals. After listening to The Lighthouse Podcast, we hope that when you, the listener, find another person in need of support, care, or guidance, you can give back and also shine a light to help guide them back home too!
