If you could imagine what your dream life would be like what would you have to do right now to get there? What would you have to bring to the table? what would you have to embrace? What would have to leave behind? What would you have to overcome?

Do you want to live at the level of your wounds or the level of your spirit? Courage is knowing what not to fear as much as it is about what we should.

We might've been born in chains but we don't have to live in them.

We develop personas which at some point for some of us turn into false images of ourselves. What are we concealing? What are we protecting or afraid to show? How can we have genuine interactions with others when what we are sharing is a hollow shell compared to who we really are? We might benefit from taking a deeper look at how to find peace with the genuine authentic self. We only find the path of endless possibilities at the summit, not the base of the mountain.

Emily Katz has overcome the grips of addiction and major life events that eventually lead to rock bottom. Today she shares her story of healing and becoming an expert in her own well being.
