À propos de ce contenu audio
This episode wasn’t planned.
I sat down to record something else, then something else again, and neither felt right. So instead, I decided to talk honestly about what I’ve actually been doing lately and why.
Over the past couple of weeks I’ve been keeping a simple gratitude journal. Nothing strict. Nothing structured, no targets, no optimisation. Just writing down ten things each day that I’m grateful for and noticing what that does to my headspace.
This isn’t advice and it isn’t a system. It’s just a reflection on a small habit that’s been quietly helping me feel more grounded at the start of a new year, especially after that exhausting December we all made it through.
If you’re feeling flat, overwhelmed or a little unsteady right now, this episode might resonate.
Also, if you’re in the UK and could use a place to talk, Andy’s Man Club offers free, confidential peer support every Monday evening across the country at 7pm (except Bank Holidays).
