  • The Gospel of Peace | The Gospel Of, Week 2
    Jun 15 2026

    Episode Summary:

In this message, Pastor Brad continues The Gospel Of series by looking at the gospel of peace. Peace is not simply the absence of trouble or the result of everything around us finally lining up. Through Romans 10:14–15 and Romans 5:1–2, we are reminded that the peace Jesus gives is rooted in His finished work, not in our ability to control circumstances. Because we are at peace with God through Christ, we can carry peace toward others and live with peace within ourselves.

    Main Scripture:

    • Romans 10:14–15
    • Romans 5:1–2

    Big Idea:

The gospel of peace is the finished work of Jesus giving us assurance with God, peace toward others, and peace within ourselves—no matter what is happening around us.

    In This Episode:

    • Biblical peace is not based on controlling circumstances; it is based on the finished work of Jesus and the promises of God.
    • The gospel of peace is good news that people carry, but it is the gospel itself—not the preacher—that changes people.
    • Peace is not the absence of trouble; it is the presence, authority, and power of Christ in the middle of trouble.
    • Peace with God is positional, not conditional, because it rests on what Jesus did at Calvary.
    • When we know we are at peace with God, we can carry peace to others and begin to see ourselves the way God sees us.

    Reflection Questions:

    • Where have I been waiting for circumstances to change before allowing myself to live in peace?
    • What promise of God do I need to remember when trouble surrounds me?
    • Have I been living as if God’s peace with me depends on my performance?
    • Where have I treated people as enemies instead of people Jesus went to the cross for?
    • What has God forgiven that I am still refusing to release in myself?

    Next Steps:

    • Read Romans 10:14–15 and Romans 5:1–2 this week, and thank Jesus for the gospel of peace.
    • When anxiety or chaos rises, pray from assurance instead of waiting until you understand everything.
    • Let a trusted believer remind you of God’s promises instead of carrying pressure alone.
    • Choose one relationship where you can carry peace instead of an us-versus-them attitude.
    • Stop measuring God’s peace by your performance, and stand in the finished work of Jesus.

  • The Gospel of Grace | The Gospel Of, Week 1
    Jun 8 2026

    Episode Summary:
In week one of The Gospel Of series, Pastor Brad begins with the foundation of the gospel: grace. This message shows that the gospel is not good advice about what we must do, but good news about what Jesus has already done. Through Acts 20:24, John 1, 1 Corinthians 15, and Galatians, we are reminded that grace is not merely a doctrine, concept, or backup plan for failure. Grace has a face, and His name is Jesus.

    Main Scripture:

    • Acts 20:24
    • John 1:14-16
    • 1 Corinthians 15:1-8
    • Galatians 2:20
    • Galatians 5:4
    • Romans 5-6

    Big Idea:
The gospel of grace is the good news that Jesus has finished the work, given us His life, and invites us to receive and live from what He has already done.

    In This Episode:

    • There is one true gospel, even though Scripture describes it with different labels and emphases.
    • Salvation is not the finish line; it is the starting point for living the life of Jesus now.
    • Grace is not an idea or religious concept. Grace is the person of Jesus, full of grace and truth.
    • The core of the gospel is Jesus: His person, death, burial, resurrection, and life now given to us.
    • The gospel is news to be declared, not advice to follow or a wage to earn.
    • Grace is not cheap because it cost Jesus everything, but it is free because it cannot be earned or repaid.

    Reflection Questions:

    • Have I treated salvation as the finish line instead of the beginning of life in Christ?
    • Do I see grace as a concept I use when I fail, or as the person of Jesus Himself?
    • Where have I turned the gospel into advice about what I must do instead of news about what Jesus has done?
    • Am I living from the finished work of Jesus, or asking Him to do what He has already accomplished?
    • Where have I slipped back into guilt, self-effort, or trying to pay God back for grace?

    Next Steps:

    • Read Acts 20:24, John 1:14-16, 1 Corinthians 15, Galatians 2:20, and Galatians 5:4 through the lens of grace.
    • Pray this week from the finished work of Jesus instead of begging Him to do what He has already done.
    • When you share the gospel, present it as good news about Jesus, not pressure for someone to perform.
    • Stop trying to repay God for grace. Receive it as the gift Jesus already paid for.
    • Live this week as someone who has already been blessed with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
