    we talk about naming it, defining it on your own terms, and being honest about what systems or people may have planted those doubts in the first place. sometimes it’s your own inner critic, and sometimes it’s old conditioning that taught you to downplay yourself to survive. either way, it’s time to stop letting it run the show.
