Hey everyone!

I’m handling a family health issue and need to take a short break from recording. I’m hoping to be back sometime in November, but I just don’t know yet. I just paused paid subscriptions for at least the next month.

The good news? I’ve recorded 3 of my all-time favorite episodes recently, so there will be fun content released as soon as I can dedicate my energy to it. And since I’m chronically online, I’ll be posting on Instagram and Twitter during the downtime.

The best news? Mika Brunold is making gay tennis look easy! He won 2 Challenger titles recently and won his first round of qualifying at the Swiss Indoors (over a player ranked #56 in the world!). He’s up to a career high ranking inside the top 200. Plus, Carlos Alcaraz is nominated for Butt of the Year by Grindr! I’d be shocked if anyone can beat Connor Storrie, but if anyone can pull of the upset, it’s Carlos. These are the important topics I’ll be covering on Instagram.

Pausing Paid Subscriptions for November

Again, since I won’t be able to record additional content, I’m pausing all paid subscriptions for the month of November. Hopefully I’ll get back at it in December. Thank you for your support and look forward to chatting soon!

Tony was deeply moved by the new documentary My Brother’s Killer, so he invited director Rachel Mason to join him on the pod. The documentary investigates the gruesome 1990s LA murder of gay porn actor Billy London, while also exploring broader themes of gay culture, identity and life at the time. We even get a quick Monica Seles story!

You don’t want to miss this fascinating conversation—or the documentary itself! Stay up to date with updates on the film on Instagram and follow Rachel for more.
