Although she wasn't fond of the idea, Irealand quickly fell in love with the industry and hasn't looked back. She has been imersed in agriculture since and uses her platform to promote the industry. We discuss how Ireland uses her platform to make an impact on the agriculture industry, some advice she has for others looking to join AG and the importance of maintaining your mental health and managing the stresses that agriculcutre can have on a person.
