Laura Loving has had incredible life journey with unique experiences with family moves as a child from Mexico to Canada to the U.S.A., a love for reading and deep conversations, and has been inspired by many great teachers and educational programs.

In Consciousness Prints Episode 11, Jonathan video calls Laura in Los Angeles on Google Meet from his home city of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and they both share their recent and past life experiences and insights around spirituality, the various types, feeling different (such as being "the new kid") and getting through challenging circumstances such as the recent California wildfires. They also talk about their own creativity and dealing with the sometimes harsh financial reality of pursuing exploring one's creative side but use artists such as Chappell Roan as inspiration to keep going.

Setting healthy boundaries in all types of relationships and making sure you are strong and grounded in your own life and love for yourself before seeking an intimate partner is advice that's brought up. Following one's inner nudges in all aspects of life from romance to vocational choices, is the key theme and take-away. Jonathan and Laura provide some general examples and insights from their own life experiences to illustrate this.

They end by driving into the Region of Waterloo where they were born and raised, specifically in the City of Kitchener. They discuss ideas for the future of the region such as amalgamating the 7 cities/townships and calling the new city "Kitchissipi" and Jonathan's bold vision for bringing an NHL team to the region.
