 How do we improve our mental spirituality post pandemic? Many people have lost their spiritual insight because of the focus on technology during the pandemic. Technology is viable option, but it creates a lazy spirit. Spiritual responsibility decreases. WUK, Wisdom. Understanding, Knowledge is subtracted from our cognitive ability to live peacefully. We have become num to violence. We must return to righteous living. That is defined as respecting one another, no matter what belief system we live by. We have the right to believe what we want to believe in this country as long as it does not physically harm anyone. Whether part of an organized religion or just possess a peaceful spirit we must come together as beings that were put on this earth to live together.
