  • Diary Your Dream Year: Future You Is Begging You to Listen. Diary Prompts, How to Manifest & Attract Your Best 2026
    Jan 14 2026

We are not repeating the same year again. Period. 2026 is the Year of the Horse. Fast energy, new adventures, bold moves, and fresh beginnings. After 2025, the Year of the Snake, we are done shedding, releasing, and carrying old baggage. That chapter is closed. We’re reflecting on what we’re leaving behind and how we want to move forward. We’re going through diary prompts, manifestation practices, and simple mindset shifts to help you attract more alignment, confidence, and momentum in 2026. This isn’t about being perfect or having it all figured out. It’s about deciding that 2026 is our year, trusting the timing, and moving forward with intention instead of fear.

Grab your diary, open your notes app, and press play. We’re shedding the old, choosing the new, and making 2026 our b****. If you want a full guide you can head to the Instagram or Youtube, i've attached a little guide for my dearests (of course, it's free).

  • Mykell Wilson: Near-Death Experience, Faith Journey & Being apart of the New Michael Jackson Movie
    Jan 7 2026

This week on The Dry Diaries, I sat with my longtime friend Mykell Wilson- a total powerhouse and honestly one of those souls you feel before he even walks in the room. He’s stayed so rooted in his purpose and anchored in his faith that it’s led him straight into every passion on his heart: dancer, choreographer, author, full-on creative force… the list is long.

He’s danced with Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Kendrick Lamar, Sabrina Carpenter, Prince- and then faced a near-death experience that could’ve rewritten everything… but somehow didn’t. Through all of it, his purpose and his faith never left him. Not in the silence, not in the fear, not in those “what now?” moments. That same grounding is what led him right back into his calling and eventually booking The Michael Jackson Movie as the Assistant Choreographer under Rich and Tone. He also appears in the movie as well. His story reminds you that sometimes you don’t need to go find your “why”… you just have to remember it’s been guiding you the whole time.

We get into everything- resilience, surrender, creativity, faith, and the quiet strength that shows up when you trust that every detour is still leading you exactly where you’re supposed to be.

This one feels personal, inspiring, and honestly… one of my favorite entries yet.

  • So Many Stories: Me & Rachel’s Best Podcast Moments of 2025
    Jan 2 2026

If 2025 was a group chat, this episode is the screenshots. In this episode, Rachel and I are revisiting our best podcast moments of the year, the laughs that sent us, the takes we may or may not stand by, the chaos, the growth, and everything in between. Basically… the highlights you quoted back to us. Think: inside jokes, unhinged moments, accidental wisdom, and a whole lot of “did we really say that?” energy.

Whether you’ve listened to every episode or you’re just jumping in now, this is the recap you didn’t know you needed. Let’s relive 2025 together.

  • Alivia Levie: Her Director Era, Inner-Child Healing & Going From Bullied to Billboards
    Dec 17 2025

This week on The Dry Diaries, I sat down with my girl Alivia Levie — actress, model, director, and truly one of those friends with the best energy. She’s the girl you can talk about healing, signs, synchronicities, and a little light conspiracy with for hours. Watching her evolve these last few years has been so inspiring, and this catch-up felt like sitting with that friend who’s finally stepping into everything she’s meant for.

We talk about her journey moving to Los Angeles, navigating the industry, and stepping into her director era with this effortless mix of confidence and softness. We get into inner-child healing, being bullied growing up, finding your self-worth later, and why gratitude has become her quiet superpower. She also opens up about directing a docu-series in Nepal for the Wherever You Go Foundation- what it was like witnessing joy and resilience with so little, and how that trip shifted her perspective in the most beautiful way.

We touch on the projects she’s building, the dreams she’s calling in, and that girls-girl energy of cheering for your friends while you’re cheering for yourself. And yes… my girl is literally on a billboard in Los Angeles!! If you’re in your reinvention era, your healing era, or just need a reminder that your path is allowed to evolve- this one’s for you.

  • Unhinged Holiday Diaries: Dating Era, Hair By Chrissy Chaos, Y2K Christmas Bday Plans & Spiritual Signs
    Dec 3 2025

This week on The Dry Diaries, your two most unhinged girls in LA are officially back. Rachel and I just signed a year-long lease together, and since it’s been a minute since she’s been on the pod, we had to sit down and catch you up on everything.

We get into our dating eras- how we’re actually going on dates (growth), why movie dates are a cop-out, and Rachel’s new rule about not watching TV with men. Then it’s straight into our spiritual girl era: aura readings, the medium session with Faren, the message from Rachel’s grandma, and how I’ve slowly been pulling her into her spiritual awakening.

We also talk all things DryMas- my Y2K Christmas birthday weekend, “Skate & Sleigh,” The Dry Express, and how we always loved a themed party. We also get into our Christmas traditions growing up and our take on the best gifts for girls and guys. And of course… the beauty disasters. My tragic Hair by Chrissy saga and the Sonya Dakar facial that nearly took me out.

If you love girl talk, chaos, dating delulu, spiritual signs, and best-friend energy- this one feels like getting ready with your two fav besties.

**Don't listen to this in the car with your kids we talk about Santa**

Happy Holidays Dearests! This weeks entry i’m with my good friend, Gabriella Gomez, and today we’re talking all things Thanksgiving. • Main Character Energy 101: Saying No, Setting Boundaries, and Manifesting Your Dream Life with Alyssa Herrmann
    Nov 12 2025

This week on The Dry Diaries, I sat down with life coach and mindfulness mentor Alyssa Herrmann, and honestly… this one hit deep. We talked about saying no without guilt, how to manifest through journaling, and why creating healthy habits doesn’t have to feel like a chore. Alyssa walked me through her morning presence practice, her journey building a business from the ground up, and the importance of checking in with your body every day. It’s the kind of episode that reminds you to protect your peace, stay grounded, and romanticize your healing era — one journal entry at a time.

  • From Football To Life Lessons: Turning Grief, Pressure, And Purpose Into A Playbook
    Nov 5 2025

Welcome to another entry of The Dry Diaries! This week I sat down with Foster Sawyer- former Division I quarterback at TCU and Stephen F. Austin, now Director of Football at AP Ranch, a nonprofit that works with elite athletes like Travis Hunter and many more. Foster opens up about his journey as a college athlete: the highs, the heartbreaks, the transition of transferring schools, and the injury that ultimately changed everything.

Through it all, Foster found the space to rediscover who he was beyond football — his identity, his passion, and his purpose. Now, he’s leading one of the top 7v7 football programs in Texas, coaching and mentoring.

We also talk about something even deeper- the loss of his sister Tara at just 10 years old to a rare amoeba, and how his family continues to honor her life through the Tara Sawyer Foundation.

And yes… we did get into dating. Foster’s single (ladies, I fully approve), and in a world full of surface-level, he's one of the rare ones.

This episode is about resilience, purpose, grief, growth, and choosing to turn pain into legacy. His DMs are open, so if you're single here's your chance (not me playing matchmaker)... Follow him here. Learn more about AP Ranch.
