À propos de ce contenu audio
Many of us have an ambivalent, or even contemptuous relationship to our imagination. If we were taught that getting lost in imagination was frivolous, something appropriate for children but not for adults with important things to do, then we most likely bully ourselves into so-called productive use of our time, and we most likely do not carve out time for us to dream in any conscious, meaningful way. But an engaged imagination is not only not frivolous, it’s essential for the health of our spirit, and it holds the key to hearing our inner voice and to knowing ourselves more deeply.
