À propos de ce contenu audio
Her passion for storytelling began in her teenage years, when she envisioned herself as a screenwriter. Writing became a creative outlet, and she spent countless hours crafting stories and exploring her imagination. As she got older, her interest naturally evolved into acting. She began attending casting calls and enrolled in acting classes at the renowned Alliance Theatre in Atlanta, GA.
In 2016, Crystal took a pivotal step by joining Central Casting in Atlanta through an open casting call. By 2019, she landed her first background role on the set of The Last Days of Ptolemy Grey, starring the legendary Samuel L. Jackson. That experience solidified her love for being on set, and she quickly began booking additional background roles.
With growing ambition, Crystal set her sights on speaking roles. As the streaming platform Tubi began gaining popularity, she responded to an open casting call from Felicia Rivers via the Geechee One Films page. After a successful audition, Crystal landed her first speaking role in the drama series The Clean Up, which has recently wrapped filming and is set to release soon. Crystal’s momentum continued, securing roles in several Tubi films including How to Catch a Baller, He Loves Me Not, and FanGirl. With multiple projects currently in the works, she is especially excited about her lead role in J. Paul’s upcoming film Can I Breathe.
Crystal Beharry is a rising talent to watch, with a story rooted in passion, perseverance, and purpose.
