    • The Melting Stress Guided Rest

This longer Guided Rest meditation is designed to help carers release built-up tension and allow the body and mind to fully relax.

Through gentle body awareness, slow breathing, and calming imagery, this episode supports deep rest without effort. There’s nothing to achieve and nothing to get right — simply an invitation to lie down, feel supported, and let go.

This practice is ideal when you’re feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, or in need of proper rest. If you drift in and out of sleep, that’s completely okay.

Find somewhere warm and comfortable, press play, and allow yourself to rest.

The Balloon Release Meditation is a gentle, guided practice designed to help carers release stress and tension gradually and effortlessly.

Using the imagery of balloons being released one by one, this meditation supports both physical and emotional letting go — without pressure, analysis, or expectation. It’s especially helpful when you’ve been holding too much for too long.

Find a comfortable position, press play, and allow yourself to feel lighter with each breath.

The Wave of Relaxation Meditation uses gentle ocean imagery to support rhythmic tension release and deep calm.

With each breath, you’re invited to imagine stress being carried away like a retreating tide, leaving your body lighter and more at ease. This meditation is especially helpful for carers who feel emotionally or physically overloaded and need a soft way to reset.

Find a quiet space, get comfortable, and allow the waves of relaxation to do the work for you.
