Sam and I have been working side by side through the entire 2020 Olympic process. He has been helping my body stay in one piece through all my grueling training sessions. One day I was training in my garage when I was not able to stand up a very light 45kg front squat, I knew it was time to start seeing someone to keep my body healthy for the 2020 Olympic Quad.  I was 5 weeks out from 2018 World Championships and it was the first competition of the Olympic quad.

Here is what this short episode covers:
Our Story and my injury leading up to Worlds 2018.
      1. Weak Glutes/Anterior Pelvic tilts
      2. How fast we fixed it.
      3. What we did to fix it.
      4. How often I did physical therapy.
      Fixing a Hip Shift.
      1. Corrective exercises for hip shifts.
      2. How often do you perform the corrective exercises?
      3. How long does it take to correct?
      4. Other ways to fix a hip shift.
      Injury Protocols.
