    • The Move This Coach Made to Build a $1M Practice Through EOS Mastery
      Jan 22 2026

What does it actually take to build a seven-figure coaching practice without piling on more frameworks, tools, or shiny objects?

In this episode, EOS legend Walt Brown, known affectionately in the EOS community as “Uncle Walt,” shares why the biggest breakthrough in his practice didn’t come from adding more, but from going deeper. We explore what true EOS mastery looks like in practice and how committing fully to the EOS toolbox, rather than diversifying his offering, was the foundation of his seven-figure coaching practice. We unpack why most organizations haven’t finished EOS 1.0, how the 7 Critical Needs reveal the why behind VTH, and what it means for coaches to work themselves out of a job by graduating clients.

      Biography

Walt Brown is one of the earliest EOS Implementers and a veteran business coach who has worked with over 200 leadership teams. Known throughout the EOS community for his belief that “the answer is in the tools,” Walt has built a seven-figure coaching practice by going deeper, not broader, into EOS mastery. He is the creator of the 7 Critical Needs framework and BITE7, which help leaders make organizational health measurable and align their teams around clarity, trust, and accountability.

    • How Great Coaches Stay in Their Lane and Scale with Intention
      Jan 15 2026

What if scaling your coaching practice isn’t about doing more but about doing less, better, and on purpose?

In this episode, Cam sits down with Andrew Gissal to unpack what it really means for coaches to stay in their lane. Andrew shares his journey from entrepreneur to Certified EOS Implementer, how his coaching practice emerged alongside another business, and why intentional design prevents burnout. They explore his three-day rhythm, planning capacity a year in advance, and why internal growth must come before external growth, along with the role of community, emotional energy in sessions, and the power of simplicity through elimination.

      Biography

Andrew Gissal is a Certified EOS Implementer based in Greenville, South Carolina, and the host of Inside the 90, a podcast exploring the real-world impact of running businesses inside the 90-Day World of EOS. After building and leading a data services business, Andrew transitioned into coaching by working closely with leadership teams. Today, he helps leaders and coaches scale with clarity and intention by staying in their lane and doing what they do best.
